• Deliver exceptional Customer Service via Telephone, Email, Chat, and Form Fill contact for homeowners, distributors, dealers, and both internal and external clients by promptly and effectively addressing their service requirements.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the products or services offered, including their attributes, advantages, and competitive edges.
• Provide consumers with information regarding our products, rebates, financing options, and other targeted marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with dealers to ensure a smooth transition of the consumer and product recommendations established through the sales process and interactions with the homeowner.
• Generate “warm” leads through inbound calls and completed forms, and relay these leads to our HVAC Dealers & Contractors.
• Meet or exceed sales and call center performance metrics as outlined in KPI’s and SLA’s.
• Execute data entry, conduct document reviews, track information, and maintain customer and sales records.
• Consult with internal technical specialists as needed to address consumer inquiries regarding applicable products.
• Conduct follow-up communications via calls or emails to nurture leads, respond to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales quotas and targets to contribute to the company’s revenue objectives.
• Consult with the Call Center Supervisor if additional information or assistance is required.
• Complete special projects assigned within the call center.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements.
• Perform other assigned duties while collaborating positively with all levels of management and colleagues to ensure all teams and departments are aligned and effectively working together to provide the highest level of service possible.
• Comprehend and adhere to work instructions, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Undertake additional projects as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
