This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Engage actively with customers to understand their needs, offering guidance and support.
• Efficiently address customer inquiries and issues while meticulously documenting all interactions.
• Inform customers about available resources and assist them in navigating their options.
• Anticipate customer needs, providing proactive solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve service issues and improve results.
• Maintain records of customer correspondence and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and the CVS/Aetna Code of Conduct.
• Investigate issues, document resolutions, address inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Comply with assigned schedules and specific working hours.
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Must reside in Arizona, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, or Nevada.
• Access to high-speed internet, adhering to workplace models and potential telework arrangements.
• Willingness to work specific hours, with the flexibility to adapt.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven empathy and effective communication skills.
• Maintain a respectful and kind demeanor in all communications.
• Strong abilities in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Capability to manage multiple resources and tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred: Over 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center setting.
• Preferred: More than 1 year of experience in claims, provider, dental, medical, or related healthcare fields.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred.
• A $2,000 sign-on bonus after 9 months of service, contingent upon continuous employment for at least 12 months.
