This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Accurately and efficiently processing customer orders
• Implementing established policies and procedures
• Informing customers of any changes or potential impacts to their expectations
• Overseeing all assigned customer orders in a dynamic remote work setting
• Entering orders
• Confirming orders
• Coordinating logistics
• Resolving invoice blocks
• Managing customer complaints
• Assisting with month-end close activities
• Managing group mailbox
• Providing primary support for inbound phone inquiries
• Handling account management tasks
• Performing additional duties as assigned
• Associate’s degree in business or a related field; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in administrative services and account management
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in IFS, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Capacity to learn ERP databases, especially in relation to order processing and invoicing
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines while effectively collaborating with all stakeholders
• Professional telephone and email communication skills, complemented by an engaging personality
• Self-driven, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving, service-oriented environment
• Proven experience working within a team of professionals to achieve specified targets
