Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Effectively handle a substantial volume of incoming calls in a dynamic setting.

• Actively listen to comprehend customer needs and provide clear, precise information.

• Access cardholder accounts to relay information regarding payments and benefits issued by state or federal agencies.

• Assist cardholders with questions pertaining to transactions and account statuses.

• Efficiently process transactions through web-based applications and manage research requests with accuracy.

• Communicate in a friendly, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to all regulations.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.

• Support team operations during peak periods or in the absence of team members to ensure uninterrupted service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch roles.

• Successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.

• Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training sessions is necessary.

• Internet Service: Must possess a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to meet business needs.

• Work Area: Must have a designated, dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.

• Equipment: The company will supply all necessary computer equipment.

• Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download speeds.

• Working knowledge of computers and familiarity with Windows applications is required.

• Night differential: $1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 6pm to 6am EST, Monday through Sunday
