πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Effectively handle a substantial volume of incoming calls in a dynamic setting.

β€’ Actively listen to comprehend customer needs and provide clear, precise information.

β€’ Access cardholder accounts to relay information regarding payments and benefits issued by state or federal agencies.

β€’ Assist cardholders with questions pertaining to transactions and account statuses.

β€’ Efficiently process transactions through web-based applications and manage research requests with accuracy.

β€’ Communicate in a friendly, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to all regulations.

β€’ Maintain thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.

β€’ Support team operations during peak periods or in the absence of team members to ensure uninterrupted service.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.

β€’ Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch roles.

β€’ Successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.

β€’ Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training sessions is necessary.

β€’ Internet Service: Must possess a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to meet business needs.

β€’ Work Area: Must have a designated, dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.

β€’ Equipment: The company will supply all necessary computer equipment.

β€’ Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download speeds.

β€’ Working knowledge of computers and familiarity with Windows applications is required.

β€’ Full Time Employment (40 hours/week)

β€’ Competitive Pay: $14.00 starting on day one

β€’ Night differential: $1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 6pm to 6am EST, Monday through Sunday

β€’ Weekend Day Differential: $1.00 per hour (Saturday and Sunday, 6am-6pm EST)

β€’ Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn up to an additional $350 per month after training by meeting performance metrics (call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence)
