This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support student loan borrowers with their account questions, repayment options, and application procedures.
β’ Manage both incoming and outgoing calls in a dynamic, high-volume contact center setting.
β’ Deliver accurate, professional, and compassionate customer assistance.
β’ Ensure adherence to federal regulations, company policies, and data security protocols.
β’ Achieve key performance metrics and maintain quality assurance benchmarks.
β’ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
β’ High School diploma or GED is required.
β’ At least 6 months of customer service experience in a business, non-retail environment, or call center.
β’ Minimum of 6 months of computer experience in a professional setting.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
β’ Residence within 75 miles of Lowell, AR is necessary.
β’ Ability to secure and maintain a Federal Public Trust (5c) security clearance (financial and credit history will be assessed): Must not be in default on federal student loans, demonstrate financial responsibility, have no felony convictions in the past 7 years, and any misdemeanor convictions in the last 7 years may affect eligibility. Additionally, no non-medical collections totaling $7,500 or more.
β’ Health & Welfare Pay: An additional $5.09 per hour (up to 40 hours per week), sufficient to fully cover employee-only medical, dental, and vision premiums.
