Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Acting as the client's representative on calls with consumers

• Engaging in both inbound and outbound calling while utilizing strong relationship-building skills

• Efficiently navigating multiple systems on the computer during calls

• Mitigating fraud losses with a focus on enhancing customer experience

• Evaluating account processes and transactions

• Reviewing and detecting fraudulent activities

• Handling inbound calls related to suspicious activities

• Timely documenting accounts while conversing with customers

• Maintaining a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as required

• Meeting schedule adherence and compliance standards

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Minimum of six months' experience in Customer Service

• At least one year of experience in a Windows-based computer environment

• Background check is mandatory
