• Evaluating account processes and transactions
• Reviewing and detecting fraudulent activities
• Handling inbound calls related to suspicious activities
• Timely documenting accounts while conversing with customers
• Maintaining a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as required
• Meeting schedule adherence and compliance standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of six months' experience in Customer Service
• At least one year of experience in a Windows-based computer environment
• Background check is mandatory
• Paid training provided
• Equipment for remote work supplied
