This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Utilizing outstanding communication and multitasking abilities, responds promptly to customer inquiries and processes requests.
• Investigate customer concerns to identify effective solutions.
• Address inquiries, including scheduling appointments and handling referral questions.
• Provide assistance with insurance questions, medication requests, and general information inquiries.
• Recognize and comprehend customer needs; swiftly earn customer trust and confidence.
• Enjoy the process of learning about new products and projects!
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent (verification will occur during background check).
• A minimum of six months of general business experience, ideally in a customer service setting, or equivalent related work experience.
• Strong communication abilities via phone, email, chat, and other mediums.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven ability to demonstrate care, empathy, and compassion.
• Basic knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CIB, Teams, Tower, and BSA.
• Flexibility regarding work schedule.
• Capable of providing two 22-inch monitors with both HDMI and Display ports.
