This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, clients, and partners reaching out via phone or email with inquiries.
• Identify, comprehend, and respond effectively to client needs.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Deliver efficient support for customer-facing applications, reports, and services.
• Assist with CAMP’s business interactions, including setup, user access, data processing, and, when necessary, connect with appropriate Aircraft Analysts.
• Uphold high standards of telephone and email etiquette and ensure prompt responses.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer software.
• Proficient in using applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
• Possess a warm, welcoming, and helpful demeanor.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
