β€’ Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and internal teams.

β€’ Manage 65-80 incoming and outgoing calls daily.

β€’ Initiate calls to patients regarding their account balances and provide options for financial assistance.

β€’ Efficiently screen and direct patient calls to the appropriate departments.

β€’ Foster strong working relationships to enhance patient experience.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of six (6) months of experience in a high-volume customer service role.

β€’ At least six (6) months of experience with computer usage and proficient typing skills.

β€’ High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.

β€’ Previous experience with medical and billing terminology is preferred.

β€’ Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
