This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and internal teams.
• Manage 65-80 incoming and outgoing calls daily.
• Initiate calls to patients regarding their account balances and provide options for financial assistance.
• Efficiently screen and direct patient calls to the appropriate departments.
• Foster strong working relationships to enhance patient experience.
• A minimum of six (6) months of experience in a high-volume customer service role.
• At least six (6) months of experience with computer usage and proficient typing skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience with medical and billing terminology is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
