β’ Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and internal teams.
β’ Manage 65-80 incoming and outgoing calls daily.
β’ Initiate calls to patients regarding their account balances and provide options for financial assistance.
β’ Efficiently screen and direct patient calls to the appropriate departments.
β’ Foster strong working relationships to enhance patient experience.
β’ A minimum of six (6) months of experience in a high-volume customer service role.
β’ At least six (6) months of experience with computer usage and proficient typing skills.
β’ High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
β’ Previous experience with medical and billing terminology is preferred.
β’ Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
