This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls while ensuring clear and professional communication to resolve customer inquiries or issues.
• Adhere to established procedures to assist customers with reservations, ticketing, permits, and various services.
• Efficiently transfer customers to the relevant department when necessary.
• Seek managerial assistance when required for complex issues or escalations.
• Accurately document customer interactions in accordance with company standards.
• Update customer accounts and system information with precision.
• Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to the department's objectives for exceptional customer service.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and performance benchmarks.
• Complete all mandatory training and coaching within designated timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members during shifts to ensure a seamless transition of work.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere by delivering top-notch service and supporting departmental goals.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned to aid the contact center.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Over 1 year of experience in an inbound contact center environment.
• More than 2 years of customer-facing experience in a service-oriented role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Typing speed of 50+ words per minute along with proficiency in telecommunication tools, chat, and SMS.
• Flexible scheduling options, including evening or weekend hours.
