This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reach out to individuals who have expressed interest in obtaining information.
• Provide clients with insights into available benefit options tailored to their specific needs.
• Support clients in filling out applications and enrolling in their selected coverage.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, or Zoom meetings.

• Monitor performance indicators and keep precise records.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. and be able to pass a background check.
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
