β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or similar positions.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
β’ Proficient in using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or comparable tools.
