
Customer Service Representative β 1st Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Deliver customer service related to sales, promotional activities, installations, and communications.
β’ Confirm the shipping and replenishment locations of orders in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
β’ Ensure accuracy in the entry of all Purchase Orders (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) as the primary data entry point.
β’ Review and verify the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases.
β’ Serve as the customer-facing representative and create innovative solutions for customer challenges.
β’ Offer phone support for inquiries from sales personnel and healthcare professionals.
β’ Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and the actions taken.
β’ Provide proactive updates on order statuses to expedite the billing process.
β’ Assist the Sales Department by answering inquiries received via telephone, email, and fax.
β’ Conduct research to provide informed responses with the sales team.
β’ Establish relationships with hospital billing specialists and address surgery product usage inquiries to speed up the billing process; follow up to secure purchase orders and clarify any discrepancies.
β’ Support Sales Representatives with product usage pricing or discrepancies.
β’ High School Diploma or GED.
β’ Two (2) years of relevant work experience.
β’ Experience as an account representative.
β’ Proficiency in Oracle and SAP.
