This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Develop comprehensive training programs that align with business goals and identify performance gaps by collaborating with CS management and operations teams.
• Provide engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, focusing on customer service skills, product knowledge, and company policies through interactive sessions.
• Design dynamic training materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities that accommodate various learning styles.
• Offer hands-on coaching to new employees throughout the onboarding process and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, recruitment, and management, to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address changing training requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends, assessing program effectiveness, and refining training methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and player operations training, with a proven track record of successful training delivery (experience with CRM training is a plus).
• Outstanding communication skills, with excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, along with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Expertise in instructional design with strong facilitation skills and the ability to create engaging, interactive training materials.
• Preferred technical proficiency with e-learning development tools and platforms.
• A passion for developing others, with a genuine interest in training development and lifelong learning.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent time management capabilities, and a positive, role-model demeanor.
