• Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking customers via phone and email
• Address buyer inquiries on Amazon and oversee product reviews
• Provide assistance with questions regarding products, orders, and returns
• Manage inquiries within the ticketing system and maintain documentation of interactions
• Process requests related to warranties, repairs, and complaints
• Identify and order necessary spare parts
• Collaborate with logistics, returns, and order fulfillment teams
• Experience in customer service: several years of experience, preferably in a senior position or as a team lead
• Communication skills: friendly, patient, and confident when speaking on the phone
• Language proficiency: native-level German, both spoken and written
• Independent working style: dependable and proactive
• Technical aptitude: comfortable using a laptop, smartphone, and standard tools (Office, ticketing systems, browsers). Experience in customer service for technical products is a significant advantage
