• Serve as the reliable point of contact for both parents and teachers — from the initial onboarding process through to the completion of courses.
• Provide assistance to clients via chat, email, and phone on our platform.
• Oversee schedules, course modifications, teacher replacements, and updates to accounts.
• Communicate effectively and warmly in **English and Romanian**.
• Quickly resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and enhance satisfaction with our services.
• Conduct check-in calls and manage feedback with care.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth workflows.
• Native-level proficiency in **English and Romanian** (both spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of **Russian** is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy: adept with tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and chat platforms.
• Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, with a calm demeanor under pressure.
• A team player who demonstrates initiative, optimism, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in customer support or education is a plus — however, your attitude and skills are the most important factors.
