Customer Service Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee profitability and ensure customer satisfaction for designated contracts

• Provide management for service agreements and time-and-material programs

• Support sales initiatives for new contracts and proposals

• Guarantee prompt resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers for the assigned contracts

• Collaborate with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other departments

• Manage contract administration, including Terms & Conditions and proactive claims management

• Lead risk modeling, contract estimation, and financial planning for tender processes and ongoing project reviews

• Promote operational excellence and establish strategic priorities for the team

• Develop best practices to enhance functional effectiveness

• Manage small projects with moderate risks and resource needs

• Analyze service data and provide support for recommendations

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Experience in Services & Customer Contract Management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels

• Strong technical knowledge of HVDC systems

• Capability to analyze complex service data, resolve operational challenges, and lead projects from start to finish

• Proficiency in documenting, planning, and marketing service programs effectively

• Strong project management abilities, including risk and resource management in a dynamic environment

• Willingness to undertake business trips (30%)
