📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate relationships with consultancy firms and other potential business partners who can endorse or sell Stafi’s services to law firms.

• Engage in outreach through calls, emails, and networking events to establish partnerships and promote Stafi’s offerings.

• Create customized partnership proposals and agreements that resonate with the objectives of our business partners and emphasize the value of our services.

• Nurture long-term relationships with business partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and shared success.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients referred by business partners.

• Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor actions, and partnership opportunities to shape strategies and strengthen Stafi’s market presence.

• Monitor partnership performance, sales metrics, and referral activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid background in business development, partnership building, or B2B sales.

• Experience with consultancy firms or in developing channel partnerships is highly beneficial.

• Familiarity with or experience in working with law firms is an advantage.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking partner activities and performance.

• Ability to establish rapport and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong customer-focused mindset.

• A background or understanding of legal services is a plus.
