This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Oversee both incoming and outgoing communications.
• Collect essential claim information to assist the engineering team.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct intake calls and communicate via email to acquire detailed claim and assignment information from clients.
• Utilize critical thinking to analyze client-provided information and address discrepancies.
• Prepare precise and well-documented assignments.
• Assess property details, location, and scope of work to determine suitable expert assignments.
• Accurately record and input data into the company’s CRM system.
• Coordinate and convey complete and accurate information to engineers and technical teams.
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing details or clarifications.
• Review and establish project budgets, assess travel costs, and coordinate travel arrangements for assigned personnel.
• Process and manage changes to files.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as necessary to enhance team operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Neutral or minimal accent with clear spoken English.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or intake positions.
• Comfortable managing phone and email-based interactions.
• Strong data entry capabilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (or a quick learner).
• Ability to multitask and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Background in insurance, claims processing, or technical services is a plus.
• Experience supporting professional or engineering teams is a plus.
