This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Take Charge of All Customer Communication Channels: Ensure comprehensive inbound and outbound coverage via phone, email, SMS, and chat, leaving no channel unattended.
• End-to-End Appointment Management: Oversee scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, reminders, and light service recovery efficiently across all locations.
• Ownership of CRM / Help Desk: Maintain notes, tags, statuses, dispositions, and follow-up tasks accurately and up-to-date at all times.
• Support for Franchise Administration: Manage routine franchise support tasks, enabling location managers and owners to concentrate on their operations and sales.
• Management of Escalations: Address billing issues, complaints, franchisee concerns, and urgent situations according to a clear SOP and escalation matrix established during onboarding.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing or administrative support positions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage over 60 customer interactions daily for a minimum of 6 consecutive months.
• At least 2 years of experience with CRM/help desk systems (such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or comparable platforms).
• Must be available to work U.S. business hours with a minimum of 6 hours per day, 5 days a week.
• Strong performance history: Achieving QA scores of 90% or higher, CSAT ratings of 4.5 out of 5 or greater, or the ability to pass a top-tier writing and audio assessment.
