📋 Description

• Engage with customers through phone, chat, and email channels.

• Monitor and follow up on cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and promptly.

• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction while representing a recognized brand.

• Offer troubleshooting assistance for mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and more.

• Help customers manage and secure their accounts and passwords.

• Arrange repairs for hardware-related issues.

• Escalate unresolved cases by reaching out to second-level support Interaction Experts.

• Consistently maintain high customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Czech.

• Advanced knowledge of English.

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or similar technologies, is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
