• Monitor and follow up on cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and promptly.

• Consistently maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Czech.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or similar technologies, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
