This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Facilitate support between our client and the Nomagic team.
• Provide timely assistance to customers for issue resolution.
• Develop documentation and train local teams on robot operations and maintenance procedures.
• Implement enhancements to Nomagic software and hardware as directed by our engineering team.
• Perform both preventive and reactive maintenance on the hardware of our solution, including the suction system and cabling.
• Recommend process, maintenance, and operational improvements based on new insights and errors.
• Represent the remote team in meetings and other communications.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and German.
• Background in technical or logistics fields.
• Mechanical aptitude – familiarity with camera calibration is a plus!
• Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
• Ability to efficiently interact with various systems and quickly learn new instructions.
• Capability to manage basic hardware and software tasks.
• Energetic and proactive attitude! Committed to getting tasks completed and finding solutions, no matter the challenge.
