This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Accurately receive and process customer orders in the system.
• Address customer inquiries concerning products, pricing, availability, and delivery status.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
• Track order status and follow up to guarantee timely delivery.
• Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain and update customer records along with order files.
• Generate daily order reports and assist with operational reporting.
• Inform customers and sales teams about stock availability and delivery updates.
• Ensure appropriate documentation for all orders, returns, and credit notes.
• Assist in resolving billing or invoice-related concerns with the Accounts Department.
• Execute any other tasks assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor/Manager.
• A minimum of a High School diploma.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar or related field.
