This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.

• Uphold a polite and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.

• Accurately document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve and surpass service objectives.

• Engage in continuous training to enhance skills and the quality of service.

• Offer suggestions to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential.

• Proficient in English is a must.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

• Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Eagerness to relocate to Greece and embrace new cultural experiences.

• Competence in utilizing technology, including customer management software.
