This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls in a timely manner.
• Adhere to communication "scripts" when addressing various topics.
• Understand customers' needs, clarify information, research, and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Utilize company and client resources provided to effectively manage calls.
• Take advantage of opportunities to upsell products when they present themselves.
• Transition smoothly between tasks without compromising efficiency or composure.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times while being available at your desk.
• Uphold a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Exhibit flexibility to undergo cross-training as needed.
• Preferred 3-6 months of experience in customer service or customer support.
• Background in a call center or office environment for 3-6 months is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills is required.
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening ability are essential.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• A background check will be required in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Shift differential (an additional $1/hour for nights and weekends).
• Paid training, typically lasting 2-5 days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST).
• Must be available to work on the first and last business day of each month.
