Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers by addressing their inquiries and offering recommendations.

• Oversee sales transactions while operating the assigned cash register.

• Safeguard cash and protect the company's assets.

• Ensure the store remains well-stocked and merchandise is organized.

• Receive inventory and assist with unloading trucks, as well as restocking in line with productivity standards.

• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful atmosphere while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.

• Responsible for upholding cleanliness throughout the store, which includes cleaning and restocking restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, disposing of waste, and ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.

• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service within retail, hospitality, restaurants, grocery stores, or pharmacies is highly desirable.

• Ability to follow instructions and understand operational documents is essential.

• Must be capable of lifting weights ranging from 30 to 50 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height.

• Should be able to meet the physical demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

• Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities are required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.

• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.
