• Oversee a substantial volume of incoming and outgoing calls promptly.
• Assess customers’ requirements, clarify details, investigate issues, and offer solutions.
• Take full responsibility for calls throughout the entire duration of a customer’s inquiry, including follow-ups.
• Execute ACH transactions, adhering to the established ACH protocols.
• Use the Black Knight platform to analyze borrower accounts for payment history, payoff statements, PMI status, and escrow evaluations.
• Conduct outgoing Welcome calls to newly onboarded MLS customers.
• Propose enhancements to processes aimed at increasing organizational efficiency.
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in mortgage loan servicing is preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to maintain and nurture positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient in email, MS Word, and MSP.
