• Oversee and address customer inquiries via email and international support channels, ensuring effective and professional written communication.
• Handle and facilitate international orders, which includes preparing customs documentation and commercial invoices.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Function with a solid understanding of standard operating procedures and company policies, performing tasks with minimal oversight.
• Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with both customers and internal teams regarding case progress and next steps.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Experience with P21 or SAP
• Familiarity with Salesforce
