• Prior experience in customer service, customer support, or client-facing positions is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email platforms, and CRM or customer support systems is necessary.

• Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

• A professional demeanor, along with patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset, is vital.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed.

• Comfortable working independently in remote settings.
