• Provides clinical support management as a subject matter expert in radiation therapy for incoming customer support inquiries related to oncology products.
• Manages incoming customer support requests for Varian’s Oncology products.
• Capable of suggesting solutions or corrective actions for customer application inquiries.
• Able to clinically evaluate situations or issues and identify the appropriate escalation path.
• Serves as a vital member of the complaint process and communicates relevant information to the customer when necessary.
• May also deliver customer training, demo support at Trade Shows, and for the Varian Sales organization, in addition to developing and reviewing written customer support training materials.
• This position requires full access to VMS client sites to carry out its essential functions.

• Strong customer service capabilities.
• Possesses a substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills across a diverse range of tasks.
• Completes the LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibilities.
• Experienced in using business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP product and productivity software is preferred.
• Relevant Professional Designation as a Radiation Therapist, ideally with 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) along with 5+ years of related experience.
