• As the primary point of contact for Bikmo’s partners and their customers in Germany and Austria, you will play a vital role.
• You will facilitate the onboarding process for our partners and nurture long-lasting relationships.
• Providing first-line support, you will assist our partners with inquiries related to insurance and claims.
• You will manage complex inquiries by prioritizing and escalating them while maintaining full accountability for the partner relationship.
• Collaborating closely with new partners, you will help activate their partnerships.
• Your role will also involve empowering partners with the knowledge and confidence to effectively represent Bikmo.
• You will identify potential friction points in the processes affecting our B2B partners and customers.
• Additionally, you will proactively recommend enhancements for systems and tools.
• Proficiency in the German language at C1–C2 level is crucial for this position.
• Strong English language skills are necessary for daily operations.
• Experience in customer experience or customer service, preferably within Germany or Austria, is desired.
• A passion for cycling or relevant experience in areas such as bike insurance, the outdoor industry, or bike leasing is a plus.
• You should possess high empathy and the capability to communicate confidently through email, chat, and phone.
• Proficient use of standard software tools is expected.
