This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking customers, delivering expert assistance throughout the booking process—before, during, and after.
• Address customer inquiries with efficiency and empathy via phone and email, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every interaction.
• Guide customers by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of SIXT's products, services, and mobility solutions to suggest the most suitable options for their needs.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through amiable, professional, and solution-focused service.
• Recognize and escalate complex cases when required, working collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee prompt and precise resolution.
• Actively participate as a team player by assisting with administrative tasks and sharing insights to foster ongoing team performance improvement.
• Native or near-native German speaker with proficient English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented position.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, consistently maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Capability to work a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, fully remote, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
