📋 Description

• Your primary responsibility involves the independent operational processing of orders.

• You will also be responsible for managing order processing within the ERP system.

• You will reliably assist our customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a high quality of service.

• Actively acquiring new customers is also part of your role.

• You will independently create quotes and follow up on them.

• By maintaining systems and data, you contribute significantly to ensuring high data quality.

• You will independently identify optimization potentials in existing processes and proactively contribute your own ideas for further development.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have already gained initial professional experience in customer service.

• You are characterized by a strong customer orientation and a high service mentality, and you enjoy direct contact with customers.

• You possess strong communication skills and a high level of commitment.

• Your strengths include reliability and a willingness to take on responsibility.

• Ideally, you have experience working with ERP systems.

• You bring excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, along with good English skills for working in our international environment; additional languages are a plus but not a requirement.

• Initial experience in equestrian sports or working with horses completes your profile.
