Customer Service Agent, Danish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional and professional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, live chat, and other digital communication channels.

• Address customer inquiries swiftly and accurately.

• Recognize, investigate, and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex cases as needed.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and case resolutions using CRM and ticketing systems.

• Inform customers about product or service updates, policy changes, and relevant information.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve and surpass individual and team KPIs, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Foster a positive team culture, share best practices, and engage in continuous training and development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in Danish, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A valid EU passport is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Previous experience in customer support, customer care, or a contact center is beneficial.

• Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and multi-channel support platforms.

• A professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach to customer inquiries and issue resolution.
