This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Customer Service Agent, you serve as the connection between FINN and our clientele.
• You will assist with phone inquiries and address written tickets, ensuring an outstanding experience for our customers.
• Your strong customer service focus will help maintain our reputation as one of the industry's best.
• While previous customer service experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. If you have a background in another field or are seeking a new opportunity, we encourage you to apply. We will provide all necessary training.
• You possess strong communication skills, show empathy, and take pleasure in assisting others.
• You approach challenges with a proactive mindset and resolve issues effectively.
• You are inquisitive, enjoy learning, and are open to understanding diverse situations and individuals.
• Even during busy times, you maintain a clear perspective and find practical solutions.
• You are proficient in German (C2) and have a good command of English (B1).
• This position is located in Munich, offering the flexibility to work fully remotely or from a home office within Germany. Temporary work arrangements from other EU countries can be negotiated.
