This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct outbound calls to tenants for the purpose of scheduling health and safety inspections.
• Organize inspection appointments among landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns related to the scheduled property inspections.
• Keep accurate records of tenant communications and confirmations of appointments.
• Follow up on missed appointments and arrange rescheduling as necessary.
• Schedule jobs and inspections via phone as well as through our online booking platform.
• Manage tenant communications pertaining to scheduling for health and safety compliance.
• Assist in handling increased workload during peak compliance periods (August–March).
• Work collaboratively with a seasoned team that manages over 30,000 annual client relationships.

• Prior experience in customer service, call management, or appointment scheduling is required.
• Capability to handle sensitive discussions regarding property access and compliance matters.

• Familiarity with UK rental property regulations and tenant rights is preferred.
