This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
β’ Manage all customer communication channels.
β’ Oversee appointment management from start to finish.
β’ Take ownership of CRM and help desk functions.
β’ Provide administrative support for franchise operations.
β’ Handle escalation management effectively.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing or administrative support positions.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage over 60 customer interactions daily for at least 6 consecutive months.
β’ At least 2 years of experience with CRM/help desk platforms such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or equivalent.
β’ Availability to work during U.S. business hours, with a minimum commitment of 6 hours per day for 5 days a week.
β’ Strong performance history, evidenced by QA scores of 90% or higher, CSAT ratings of 4.5 out of 5 or better, or successful completion of a high-level writing and audio assessment.
