This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Meet and surpass sales objectives for designated accounts
• Assist distributors and sales leaders in implementing account strategies to optimize revenue and enhance capture rates
• Promote additional pharmacy and repack services within existing accounts
• Create and present engaging presentations and demonstrations of products/services
• Keep precise and current records of all sales activities
• Conduct quarterly reviews of accounts with essential stakeholders
• Offer continuous support and advice to clients to enhance capture rates
• Address and resolve client issues pertaining to service delivery and program management
• Identify and report any competitive movements or positioning within current accounts
• Ensure clients maintain compliance and legality concerning their office dispensing activities
• Provide clients with advice on any issues or concerns they may have
• 1-5 years of sales experience in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Industry, or a related sales field
• Preferred experience in managing territories
• Demonstrated history of success in sales and account management positions
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, ideally with experience in pharmacy or medical devices
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to establish and nurture robust client relationships
• Proficient in CRM systems and other sales-related software applications
• Strong analytical, time-management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
