Customer Retail Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Cultivate, enhance, and utilize relationships with field customers.

• Implement sales and shelving strategies to meet and exceed revenue, distribution, and market share objectives for all designated clients.

• Ensure the successful execution of customer agreements and promotional initiatives.

• Maintain clear communication with agency counterparts to align and execute retail priorities effectively.

• Collaborate within a team environment alongside Account Leads and team leadership to optimize growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in Minneapolis, MN.

• Possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Availability to be present and active in stores as early as 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, depending on business requirements.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in using statistical skills to analyze, assess, and communicate category performance along with store results and opportunities.

• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service is preferred.

• Strong interest in sales and merchandising.

• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred, with a strong preference for grocery channel experience.
