This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the complete renewal cycle for a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring contracts are executed accurately and on time.
• Actively engage with customer stakeholders to confirm satisfaction, mitigate risks, and secure commitments for renewals.
• Collaborate with Support, Customer Success Managers, and Sales to identify opportunities that prevent down-selling or churn.
• Provide accurate forecasts of renewal revenue and offer leadership insights into the health of the pipeline and associated risks.
• Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contracts in accordance with company policies and required approval processes.
• Keep precise records in Salesforce and DealHub, including quotes, contracts, and forecasts.
• Proactively escalate at-risk renewals and work cross-functionally on strategies for retention.
• Assist in the transition to subscription models (Evolve, Evergreen, TAP) and articulate their value propositions.
• Collaborate with finance to address billing or payment-related issues connected to renewals.
• Cultivate customer relationships that foster growth, retention, and loyalty.
• Follow up with assigned leads and gather as well as report on pre- and post-sales customer feedback.
• Aid in improving CRM processes and implement marketing strategies.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Customer Success.
• Prior experience in sales positions, ideally within the sophisticated technology sector and specifically in medical technology.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.
• Proficient use of technology.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
• Organized, structured, and responsive approach to guiding customers through processes.
• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and behavior, capable of managing diverse situations.
• Excellent listening, comprehension, and articulate communication skills, both oral and written, with an emphasis on grammar.
