This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete renewal process for a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and precise contract execution.
• Actively engage with customer stakeholders to verify satisfaction, tackle risks, and secure renewal commitments.
• Collaborate with Support, Customer Success Managers, and Sales to identify opportunities to avert down-sell or churn.
• Provide accurate renewal revenue forecasts, giving leadership insight into pipeline health and risk status.
• Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contracts in accordance with Circle’s policies and approval protocols.
• Keep accurate records in Salesforce and DealHub, ensuring that quotes, contracts, and forecasts are current.
• Proactively escalate at-risk renewals and work cross-functionally to create retention strategies.
• Aid in transitions to subscription models, including Evolve, Evergreen, and TAP, ensuring customers comprehend the value propositions.
• Collaborate with finance to address billing or payment issues related to renewals.
• Engage new, existing, and potential customers to promote Circle products and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with assigned leads and gather as well as report pre- and post-sales voice of customer feedback.
• Assist with CRM enhancements and the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Customer Success.
• Prior sales experience, ideally involving sophisticated technology and preferably within the medical technology field.
• Solid understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Proficient use of technology.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Methodical, organized, and responsive approach to guiding customers through the process.
• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional demeanor and conduct with the capability to manage diverse situations.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
• Clear, concise, and grammatically correct verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confidence and capacity to handle rejection.
