
Customer Relationship Manager – Infrastructure and Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for designated customers and partner organizations.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with customers.
• Convert customer needs into effective infrastructure solutions.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the leadership teams of assigned branches.
• Assist customers with their hardware and operating systems migration strategies.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of infrastructure requests.
• Manage requests and change activities through ServiceNow.
• Supervise delivery processes, including cloud onboarding.
• Excellent customer engagement abilities.
• Proficient in service delivery management.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience in operational coordination.
• Capable of gathering, documenting, validating, and prioritizing both business and technical requirements.
• Proven experience in managing customer expectations and communications.
• Awareness of infrastructure lifecycle initiatives.
• Understanding of AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Ability to formulate migration and modernization strategies for IT systems.
