Customer Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Oversee and cultivate relationships with a defined portfolio of SAP Business One clients throughout Western Canada

• Serve as the main relationship owner and trusted advisor for designated clients

• Discover and develop new opportunities within existing accounts

• Create and implement structured account plans

• Ensure sustained client success by proactively managing relationships

• Keep accurate records of opportunity tracking, account forecasting, and performance reporting

• Collaborate closely with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or client success roles

• More than 5 years of experience working with ERP, SaaS, or business management software in the SMB or mid-market sectors

• Familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor, or comparable platforms is highly preferred

• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding strategic client accounts

• Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to identify and cultivate growth opportunities within client accounts

• Ability to forge trusted relationships with C-suite executives and operational leaders

• Comprehensive understanding of business operations and financial drivers (knowledge of accounting or ERP processes is advantageous)

• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple accounts and priorities

• Willingness to travel within Western Canada as necessary
