This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees and coordinates the successful installation and commissioning of battery energy storage system projects.
• Serves as the primary liaison for customers and stakeholders, managing the project from beginning to end, including feedback and evaluation after completion.
• Assists in project planning from the pre-sales phase through to post-sale installation and commissioning.
• Collaborates closely with both internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
• Responsible for creating the project budget prior to the sale and ensuring adherence to the quoted budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintains consistent communication regarding project status and any potential changes to technical requirements, timelines, or budgets with ZincFive management.
• Facilitates integration, planning, and implementation with third-party equipment.
• Guarantees a seamless and professional transition of the project to the designated long-term service team.
• Works closely with other Project Managers to offer mutual assistance when necessary.
• Organizes and leads meetings to ensure effective execution of the project.
• Contributes to the corporate project management function by sharing best practices, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinates Pre-delivery Inspections or Factory Acceptance Test visits.
• Travels to assigned project sites, dedicating up to 50% of their time in the field.
• Provides technical support and advice to customers and stakeholders, either directly or by connecting them with company subject matter experts.
• Maintains a comprehensive database of all project documentation.
• Collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, and Engineering to ensure successful project completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing customer projects within the power systems sector.
• Exceptional customer management skills, with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project, along with other necessary project management software.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.
• Skilled in coordinating team efforts to ensure the right expertise is utilized at the appropriate times for effective project management.
