Customer Project Manager – Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• As a Customer Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role as a bridge between our engineering team and client businesses.

• You will independently manage communication and projects, ensuring that clients are treated as partners.

• You will handle requests in the ticketing system and conduct technical discussions with the engineering department.

• Complex incidents or implementations will be translated into understandable benefits and facts, explaining technical issues from a business perspective.

• You will track and maintain clients' business plans, managing the schedule and budget of projects.

• You will focus on the client's business development and direction of changes, periodically analyzing resource utilization and client infrastructure.

• Proactively, you will propose development plans and negotiate commercial terms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in managing B2B clients).

• Familiarity with key IT concepts (servers, cloud environments, conversion, or Time-To-First-Byte).

• You are a proactive individual who sees more opportunities and chances than possible blockers.

• You possess analytical thinking skills, constructing estimates for clients, analyzing their needs and business, and creating reports and diagrams.

• You can communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2/C1).

• Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence is essential (familiarity with User.com or another CRM system will be an advantage).
