Customer Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Manager of Customer Project Management, collaborating with a team of highly skilled engineers.

• Accountable for implementing the most sophisticated process solutions for TOMRA FOOD’s largest clientele.

• Establish, implement, and monitor a structured stage-gate process.

• Work alongside our customers from pre-sale engagements to the final commissioning of TOMRA’s solutions.

• Lead collaboration with TOMRA internal stakeholders and third parties to meet standards and deadlines.

• Oversee TOMRA Food projects from the quotation phase to commissioning, ensuring project quality and customer satisfaction.

• Assist the sales team in accurately estimating project costs and identifying risks during the quotation phase.

• Ensure that customer design standards are properly communicated and adhered to.

• Build and sustain working relationships with third-party vendors.

• Responsible for managing project budgets and overseeing change order processes.

• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure project timelines are upheld.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a design or project role within the relevant industry.

• Proficient in both Arabic and English.

• Strong attention to detail with a sharp focus on quality and accuracy.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

• Ability to work efficiently both as a team member and independently with minimal oversight.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
