Customer Program Manager

📋 Description

• Spearhead customer-oriented initiatives for Radiology Informatics (RI)

• Employ project management methodologies such as PMP/PRINCE2 to oversee intricate software implementation projects

• Deliver timely and consistent communication to stakeholders, supported by comprehensive documentation

• Supervise and coordinate large-scale, cross-departmental projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, quality, resources, and risk management

• Cultivate strong partnerships with customers and external collaborators

• Guarantee compliance with standardized solution delivery processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software services and project management

• A degree or qualification in Software Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field

• PMP (PMI) certification or equivalent (required)

• Demonstrated experience in delivering healthcare IT/software projects, particularly in Radiology Informatics and PACS

• Financial insight to affect margins during the pre-sales phase and enhance margins during project execution

• Understanding of quality and compliance standards

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages (such as Scandinavian languages) is a plus
