• Act as a bridge between internal and external organizations for designated customers.
• Take ownership of the customer relationship and play a role in shaping the overall business strategy.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers.
• Oversee customer communications and relationship management.
• Manage the customer portfolio's profit and loss while driving growth.
• Establish contact to deliver continuous technical and business support to assigned customers.
• Develop and maintain a customer communication plan for the site.
• Coordinate regular reviews between GE and customers.
• Supervise Gas Power warranty matters and relevant commercial considerations, including concessions.
• Handle planning for both outage and non-outage parts, including quote requests.
• Manage the Outage 360 process and the handling of Change Orders.
• Direct the resolution of all emergent and forced outages.
• Organize meetings for pre-outage, post-outage, and milestone events.
• Manage all invoicing and credit memo processing for customers.
• Lead contract management and fulfillment, ensuring project deliverables are met.
• Responsible for marketing all flow-type services, including Parts, FieldCore, and Lease Engine.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in the power generation industry, or an associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience).
• A minimum of 5 years of expertise and experience in power plant field services or contract management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• GE will only consider applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this position.
• Strong quality assurance background with Black Belt certification.
• Experience in planning and executing outages.
• Possess strong leadership, financial, and commercial skills.
