• Act as a bridge between internal and external organizations for designated customers, taking ownership of the customer relationship and aiding in the overall business strategy.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact and managing all customer communications.
• Oversee the customer portfolio's profit and loss (P&L) and drive growth initiatives.
• Initiate contact to deliver ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers.
• Create and manage a customer communication plan, coordinating regular reviews with GE and customers to discuss existing and new GE products/services that could benefit the customer.
• Supervise Gas Power warranty and relevant commercial considerations, including concessions as they arise, ensuring optimal benefits for both the customer and GE.
• Take responsibility for developing the scope of outages and communicating that scope to FieldCore.
• Handle planning for outage and non-outage parts, including requests for quotes, providing quotes to customers, and placing/managing parts orders.
• Manage the Outage 360 process and the processing of Change Orders.
• Provide leadership for resolving all emergent and forced outages.
• Organize pre-outage, post-outage, and outage milestone meetings.
• Oversee all customer invoicing and credit memo processing.
• Manage On-Site Repairs and Parts and Component Repairs conducted in GRS, including planning repair scopes, requesting repair quotes, scheduling repairs, and addressing repair issues within the GE network.
• Lead contract management and fulfillment, ensuring all project deliverables are met while understanding the terms and conditions (T&Cs) and contract requirements, such as LD and Bonus structure, and implementing new technologies to maximize value.
• Responsible for selling all flow-type services, including Parts, FieldCore, and Lease Engine, from opportunity identification, quote preparation, order entry, demand placement, to sales conversion.
• Manage Digital and Total Plant Solutions agreements and coordinate with functional teams.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the power generation industry OR an associate's degree with 2 years of experience in the power generation sector).
• At least 5 years of knowledge and experience in power plant field services or contract management.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical or engineering discipline.
