This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance sales effectiveness by leveraging strategic insights.
• Create and oversee precise sales, production, and operational objectives grounded in historical data, market trends, and business forecasts.
• Maintain accurate promotional planning and expenditure information across various planning tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, strategies, and resource distribution.
• Analyze performance metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Clearly communicate strategies and priorities to field teams and third-party merchandising partners.
• Provide essential customer support functions to maximize sales and revenue realization.
• Supervise the input and management of promotional plans within customer portals.
• Ensure precise item setup in retail customer systems, including specifications and content.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer planning and/or retailer account management within the CPG industry.
• Required experience working directly with Walmart at the corporate level.
• Exceptional ability to create engaging presentations, analyze data, and present insights to leadership teams.
• Proficiency in Anaplan (or similar forecasting tools) and familiarity with Walmart's new item setup processes.
• Proven comprehensive sales acumen aligned with strategic business objectives, including:
• Utilizing data to generate insights and narratives.
• Formulating both primary and contingency strategies to achieve results.
